Refund policy

Nanref Home accepts eligible returns requested within 30 days after delivery. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, uninstalled, with any original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging. You must also provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

Do not send an item back before receiving authorization. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions showing the correct return address, and a prepaid return label when we cover return shipping (see Return Shipping Costs below). Because return locations may vary, items sent to an unauthorized address or returned without prior approval might not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Change-of-mind returns: if you return an eligible item because you no longer want it, ordered the wrong size or quantity, or it does not suit your space, you pay the cost of shipping it back. Please use a trackable shipping service and keep the tracking number; we cannot refund an item that does not arrive back at the return address. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: we pay return shipping. We will send a prepaid return label, or offer a replacement or refund without a return where appropriate, and we also refund the original shipping charge.

Some items, such as freestanding kayak, ski, and bike racks, workbenches, and ceiling racks, are large and heavy and can be expensive to ship back. Please check the dimensions on the product page before ordering, and contact us if you would like help choosing the right size.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

EXCEPTIONS AND FINAL-SALE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Items clearly identified as Final Sale before purchase

Items purchased during a promotion or at a discounted price remain eligible for return unless they were clearly identified as Final Sale before purchase.

Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a specific item is returnable.

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain another item is to return the original eligible item and place a separate order after the return is accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation before an order is fulfilled by contacting support@nanrefhome.com. Because orders can begin processing quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed until we confirm it.

If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but an eligible item may be returned after delivery under this policy.

If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a full refund.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected and tell you whether the refund was approved.

For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take up to 10 additional business days to make the funds available.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for preference-based returns. They will be refunded when required by law or when the return results from a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
